RULES OF PARTICIPATION

LABash Conference, Inc. ("LABash") seeks to provide opportunities for the free and respectful expression of ideas and viewpoints in the comments features of its online forums, website, blogs, and social media accounts. To facilitate open dialogue and to ensure that LABash’s public forums are welcoming and safe for all, we have established the following rules of participation, which are in addition to, and subject to, the Terms of Use.  Although we have no obligation to screen, edit, or monitor user content, LABash reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove posts or comments that violate these terms of use and/or suspend or revoke user privileges. 

All comments should be relevant to the topic at hand and respectfully expressed. Commercial, promotional, marketing and spam posts are prohibited. 

LABash has a zero-tolerance policy toward personal attacks or derogatory comments based on a protected class, including but not limited to, race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender, or gender identity. 

Abusive, inciteful, disparaging, inflammatory or offensive language or images, hate speech, bullying, harassing behavior, defamatory statements, threats, posting of infringing or illegal material, and unlawful conduct, is prohibited. 

Personal or sensitive information or images about others is prohibited. 

Foul, lewd, obscene, or sexually explicit language or other content is prohibited. 

Posting links or attachments that violate these rules is prohibited. 

Violations of these Rules of Participation should be reported to team@labash.org

The views expressed in LABash’s online communities by authors, commenters, or posters do not necessarily represent the views or opinions of LABash.  

Infringing use of a third party’s content or trademarks, or material that violates that privacy rights of third parties, is expressly prohibited.  For Copyright infringement issues, please refer to the Copyright Notice and Takedown Terms.
