Tote Bag Inserts

Thank you for your sponsorship and for providing an item for our tote bags that will be given to all attendees at LABash!

 

Please follow these guidelines for your item:

  • Each sponsor will get ONE item to send

  • Sponsor is responsible for the cost and shipping the item to arrive no later than 02/26/2025.

  • You may choose to provide promotional materials or a branded giveaway item.

  • We anticipate 500 attendees, so please do not send more than 500 items. You may send less, if desired, and we will fill the bags until they run out. 

  • No books or catalogs, please. Attendees will be carrying this around all day and it is recommended to keep the item light, such as a brochure. For branded items, we recommend pens, USB thumb drives, notepads, etc. Just remember to keep it somewhat small that can fit in a tote and can be carried around.
