The exhibitor floor has been split into multiple spaces on Knowlton Hall’s first floor. All expo spaces will receive the same amount of registrant traffic, due to equal amounts of workshops and events happening. Space is limited at the venue, so we kindly encourage exhibitors to be mindful of the size and weight of items they bring. Additionally, we ask you to consider the potential environmental impact and reduce unnecessary energy usage where possible. The Knowlton Hall hosts on-campus student traffic, LABash breakfasts and lunches, as well as smaller mini sessions during main sessions.

Expo Passport Raffle: A conference-wide activity encouraging attendees to visit all booths for a chance to win prizes. Dedicated Networking Time: Blocks of time set aside for attendees to explore the Expo without competing sessions. Interactive Exhibits: Engage attendees through live demonstrations, product trials, and hands-on activities.
