Sponsor FAQ
The exhibitor floor is split into two spaces on Knowlton Hall’s first floor, with equal visibility for all exhibitors. Centrally located food service, dining areas, and generous circulation create a continuous and dynamic flow of attendees throughout the space.
In addition to expo activity, Knowlton Hall attracts steady on-campus student traffic and hosts LABash breakfasts, lunches, and mini-sessions between main sessions, maximizing exposure and engagement.
The image below highlights the LABash 2026 Exhibitor Floor in blue, with the orange lines highlighting the circulation paths from attendees and OSU students through each exhibitor floor.

Expo Passport Raffle: A conference-wide activity encouraging attendees to visit all booths for a chance to win prizes.
Dedicated Networking Time: Our long, 30 minute blocks between sessions and 90 minute lunches both days allow attendees to explore the Expo without competing sessions.
Interactive Exhibits: Engage attendees through live demonstrations, product trials, and hands-on activities.
EXPO Slideshow: Coordinate with sponsors@labash.org to confirm your logo for LABash 2026 Slideshows presenting on the exhibitor floors!
The Whova Passport Expo Raffle is a gamified, in-app contest designed to drive traffic to exhibitor booths at conferences and trade shows. Attendees visit booths, collect digital "stamps" by interacting with exhibitors, and, upon filling their digital passport, are entered into a raffle for prizes.
It significantly increases booth traffic and allows for easier lead collection. When an exhibitor scans a badge, they automatically capture the attendee's information.
Size Due to limited space at the venue, exhibitors are asked to be mindful of the size and weight of any items they plan to bring. We also encourage exhibitors to consider their environmental impact by minimizing unnecessary materials and reducing energy usage whenever possible.
Sound In accordance with The Ohio State University policies, restricted noise is defined as noise that disrupts the normal function of the University. This includes, but is not limited to, amplified sound (such as audio equipment or vocally amplified sound like shouting), noisemaking instruments, or other loud noise as outlined in Faculty Rule 3335-11-02, as well as noise occurring during restricted hours.
