The Student Pavilion is located directly across Orange Mall from the Memorial Union, which contains the conference sessions and dining options. This keeps LABash attendees in a central area while allowing sufficient space for expo booths.TBD: In addition to expo activity, the Student Pavilion will also host LABash breakfasts, lunches, and mini-sessions between main sessions, maximizing exposure and engagement. The Whova Passport Expo Raffle is a gamified, in-app contest designed to drive traffic to exhibitor booths at conferences and trade shows. Attendees visit booths, collect digital "stamps" by interacting with exhibitors, and, upon filling their digital passport, are entered into a raffle for prizes.
It significantly increases booth traffic and allows for easier lead collection. When an exhibitor scans a badge, they automatically capture the attendee's information.
Size
Due to limited space at the venue, exhibitors are asked to be mindful of the size and weight of any items they plan to bring, and ensure they fit within the designated booth space beforehand. We also encourage exhibitors to consider their environmental impact by minimizing unnecessary materials and reducing energy and material usage whenever possible. Please also consider size and weight of your booth items, as all expo hall materials must be hand-carted across Orange Mall and into the Student Pavilion from the loading zone. Please ensure all items are able to fit through a standard double door space.Sound
In accordance with Arizona State University policies, restricted noise is defined as noise that disrupts the normal function of the University. This includes, but is not limited to, amplified sound (such as audio equipment or vocally amplified sound like shouting), noisemaking instruments, or other loud noise, as well as noise occurring during restricted hours. Please be mindful of noise and disturbances when planning your expo booth.
