Whether you're travelling by car or plane to get to LABash 2026 at The Ohio State University is super easy to reach! Centrally located in Ohio, Columbus offers convenient access from across the Midwest, from the coasts, and beyond.

 

Read below for more information on planning your trip!

By car!

LABash 2026 is very accessible by car thanks to Ohio’s central location. If you're travelling with your school or by group, carpooling becomes even easier.

Hotel Parking

If you are a resident at → one of our three LABash-designated hotels, complimentary parking is available for guests!​​ Central to all three hotels, there will be a shuttle pick-up point to drive you to Knowlton Hall for the → LABash 2026 Event and Session Spaces.

Campus Parking

Regulated by CampusParc, spaces are available on hourly, daily, and overnight bases at the following rates:

Surface Lots: $3.00/hour

Academic Garages: Length of Stay Rate

30 Minutes $3.00

1 Hour $5.75

2 Hours $9.50

3 Hours $13.50

4 Hours $17.25

Daily Max $19.25

By air!

John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH)

Located approximately 15 minutes from downtown Columbus and our three → LABash hotel locations, your arrival will be quick and convenient!

Getting around in Columbus!​​​

Uber/Lyft

Both rideshare services operate between local airports and downtown Columbus. Prices vary based on time and demand but offer a direct and convenient option.

COTA

Inexpensive and scheduled bus rides at John Glenn International Airport arriving every 30 minutes and stopping at various locations downtown.  
 

Taxi

Columbus Airport Taxi services are available upon call (614-239-8294)and direct to destination but may be more expensive.

Getting to LABash event spaces!

For attendees staying at one of our three →LABash-reserved hotels, there will be shuttles free of charge to transport you to Knowlton Hall. From there, it’s a short walk to the →session spaces where our daytime events take place.

If you are staying at another place or are driving in for the day, campus parking is regulated by CampusParc. Spaces are available on hourly, daily, and overnight bases.​​
