Whether you're travelling by car or plane to get to LABash 2026, The Ohio State University is a central location!

Here's your guide to all the ways you can travel here to participate!

By Car!

LABash 2026 is easy to reach by car thanks to Ohio’s central location!—carpooling becomes even easier.

Hotel Parking

If you are a resident at one of our three LABash-designated hotels, you can take advantage of their free parking!

Campus Parking

Regulated by CampusParc, spaces are available on hourly, daily, and overnight bases.

By air!

John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH)

Located just 15 minutes for our three hotel locations

Getting around in Columbus!​​​

Uber/Lyft

Both rideshare services operate between local airports and downtown Columbus. Prices vary based on time and demand but offer a direct and convenient option.

COTA

Inexpensive and scheduled bus rides at John Glenn International Airport arriving every 30 minutes and stopping at various locations downtown.  
 

Taxi

Columbus Airport Taxi services are available upon call (614-239-8294)and direct to destination but may be more expensive.

Getting to LABash event spaces!

For attendees staying at one of our three →LABash-reserved hotels, there will be shuttles free of charge to transport you to Knowlton Hall. From there, it’s a short walk to the →session spaces where our daytime events will be held.

If you are staying at another place or are driving in for the day, campus parking is regulated by CampusParc. Spaces are available on hourly, daily, and overnight bases.​​
