Thank you for your sponsorship and for providing an item for our tote bags that will be given to all attendees at LABash!

 

Please follow these guidelines for your item:​

• All items must be approved before sending.

• Sponsor is responsible for the cost and shipping the item to arrive no later than 02/22/2027.

• You may choose to provide promotional materials or a branded item.

• We anticipate 400 - 500 attendees, so please do not send more than 500 items. You may send less, if desired, and we will fill the bags until they run out. 

• No books or catalogs, please. Attendees will be carrying this bag around all day and it is recommended to keep the item light, such as a brochure. For branded items, we recommend pens, USB thumb drives, notepads, etc. Just remember to keep it somewhat small that can fit in a tote and can be carried around, as well as reasonably fit into luggage for attendees to take home.
